Your RoleAs a Business Development Representative, you will serve as the primary liaison for potential and existing clients in the region.
Our ideal candidate will identify new opportunities, build strong partnerships, and ensure an exceptional brand experience for our collaborators in the evolving fashion ecosystem.
- Identify and pursue new brand and sourcing partnerships within the fashion industry.
- Represent us at relevant industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance visibility and build new connections.
- Nurture long-term relationships with key clients, sourcing teams, and stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end deal cycles including pitching, negotiating, and closing.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are delivered seamlessly.
- Maintain regular reporting and sales pipeline updates.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales within the fashion or apparel manufacturing industry.
- Proven sourcing experience (product or design side) in working with leading fashion brands or manufacturers.
- Familiarity with the fashion retail landscape, key players, and sourcing channels.
- Strong analytical thinking and a solution-focused mindset.
- Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
