Job DescriptionThis role involves providing high-quality customer service solutions to visitors, contractors and clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive in monitoring CCTV and access control systems and conducting regular building patrols to identify and report potential security risks.
Duties & Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues
- Monitor CCTV and access control systems to maintain a secure environment
- Conduct regular building patrols to identify potential security risks
- Respond to emergency situations in a calm and professional manner
- Assist with contractor management duties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Valid NT Security License and Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
