About the Role

We are expanding in The Northern Territory, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the Whole of the NT. This growth has created new roles within our Katherine team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.

As one of the largest providers of security services in Australia and New Zealand, we are seeking Defensive Operations Specialists to join our Katherine team. You will be responsible for providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & clients, proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems, conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk, identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification, responding to emergency situations, contractor management duties, and ad-hoc duties.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to visitors, contractors, and clients
  • Monitor CCTV and Access Control Systems to ensure secure operations
  • Conduct regular building patrols to identify potential security risks
  • Report hazards and building faults to maintain a safe environment
  • Respond to emergencies with professionalism and expertise
  • Manage contractors to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform various tasks as required by the role

Requirements

  • Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
  • Availability to work a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)
  • Valid NT Security License
  • Valid Northern Territory Driver's Licence
  • Crowd Control endorsement will be highly desirable
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

The estimated salary for this role is up to $100,000 per annum, depending on experience and availability of hours worked, including overtime.
