Security Response Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Security Response Specialist to join our Darwin team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organization that provides security services across Australia and New Zealand.
The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills, with the ability to work in a rotational roster, including nights, days, and weekends. A valid NT Security License and current First Aid & CPR Certificate are essential requirements for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Providing excellent customer service solutions to visitors, contractors, and clients
- Monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems proactively
- Conducting building patrols to identify and mitigate security and safety risks
- Responding to emergency situations and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
- Contractor management duties and ad-hoc responsibilities as required
- Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
- Strong customer service skills
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
- Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
- Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)
