Assistant Manager

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for the successful operation of the Hotel in their absence. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring a memorable and personalized service is delivered to each guest, driving loyalty sign-ups, and handling guest complaints efficiently.
You will be responsible for managing the front desk, supervising and managing the front office team, and ensuring effective onboarding and training. You will also be responsible for managing emergency situations that arise within the Hotel, following Hotel procedures and processes.
Key Qualifications:- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience in an Assistant Manager role or as a Front Office Supervisor
- Experience in leading, managing, and motivating a team
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and written
- Problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving guest issues
- Valid RSA and First Aid qualification
