Key Role in National Rail Project

This is a critical position within a significant rail program, offering visibility into complex high-value delivery while supporting a commercial team.

The role sits at the heart of the project, working alongside experienced professionals and delivery partners. This will give you exposure to legal, procurement, and financial teams across both local and international frameworks.

You will be responsible for administering subcontractor and supplier agreements, ensuring compliance and value. Additionally, you will support the preparation of variations, payment claims, and contract correspondence.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with legal, procurement, and delivery teams to manage contract risk
  • Maintaining clear documentation and supporting tender evaluations as required

What we are looking for:

  • 3-6 years' experience in contracts administration or commercial project support
  • A background in civil infrastructure, transport, or utilities would be beneficial
  • A strong working knowledge of construction contracts
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation discipline
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

The role offers a salary package of A$150K (inclusive of super) and opportunities for career progression and mobility within the organization.
