Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful residential builder as a dedicated Preconstruction Coordinator.

  • Oversight of all building and planning approvals, ensuring compliance with council requirements.
  • Liaising with councils, certifiers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project progression.
  • Management of building permits, development applications, and related approvals.
  • Collaboration with customer service and drafting teams to resolve any approval issues efficiently.

About You:

  • Prior experience in Permits, Approvals, or Preconstruction roles within residential construction is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of council processes, building codes, and approval requirements is crucial.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence when interacting with external authorities are necessary.
  • A high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving are required.
