Leading a business development and operations oversight role, you will focus on warehouse industrial projects with some light manufacturing, office, and mixed-use retail/hospitality products. Develop new and service existing clients, support estimating, oversee preconstruction services, and manage subcontractor relationships to achieve growth objectives.

This position requires a senior-level professional with extensive experience in construction management, preferably in the local industrial warehouse sector. Strong financial skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial statements, are essential. Effective communication, leadership, and coaching skills are also required.

To be successful, you will need a minimum of 15 years of construction experience, an undergraduate degree in engineering or a relevant discipline, and a proven track record in developing new clients, closing deals, and growing business with existing clients.
