Job Title

Tech Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ICT professional to provide Level 2 and Level 3 Field Services support across end-user computing environments.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting IT operations, troubleshooting issues, and assisting network engineers across multiple sites.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site Level 2 & 3 desktop support to users across the organisation.
  • Perform basic network patching between switch and wall ports.
  • Conduct basic network cable tracing to assist network engineers.
  • Connect network consoles under the direction of senior network engineers.
  • Support and troubleshoot Windows systems.
  • Install applications via SCCM and Intune platforms.
  • Assign security groups to facilitate device and app deployment.
  • Rebuild computers according to company processes.
  • Install and troubleshoot printers and peripheral devices.
  • Manage and resolve incidents and service requests using ITSM tools.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a Desktop Support or Field Support role (Level 2/3).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune.
  • Familiarity with network fundamentals (cabling, patching, basic tracing).
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM tools.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and work independently on-site.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel between sites if required.
