As an IT Support Specialist, you will be delivering world-class support to clients using our full product suite.
We are seeking a self-starter with a passion for delivering exceptional client support, bringing:
- A few years of experience in IT support or technical support, ideally with customer-facing responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- A generalist IT background (Operating Systems, Enterprise Systems, Networks, Applications, Virtualisation)
