Key Responsibilities for a Product Manager Role

The primary objective of this position is to oversee the development and implementation of core administrative capabilities that facilitate a seamless user experience. This involves managing users and groups, delivering contextual notifications, streamlining onboarding processes, and integrating with workplace productivity tools.

  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for admin efficiency capabilities, ensuring scalability across diverse customer segments.
  • Design and implement onboarding experiences, user and group management systems, and automation tools that reduce manual setup and accelerate time-to-value post-sales and provisioning.
  • Enhance email and in-app/workflow notification services to empower product teams to deliver targeted, contextual engagement for admins and learners, driving activation and retention.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and GTM teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Utilize data and customer insights to inform prioritization, measure success, and continuously improve admin and productivity experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS platforms or B2B products.
  • Experience with admin tooling, notifications, or integrations is highly desirable.
  • Ecosystem thinking: Understand how products fit into a broader ecosystem and design solutions for complex, interconnected environments.
