National FMCG company seeks a Production Line Leader to meet operation demands and motivate team members. In this role, you will instruct a small team of production operators, report to senior management, and be responsible for meeting output requirements.

As a successful applicant, you have the following qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar position
- Ability to motivate, direct, and coach production operators.
- Strong relationship building ability. Clear, concise, and effective communication skills.
- Staff training skills.
- Ability to communicate goals, timeframes, and output requirements to the team at the beginning of each shift as well as update management of production status at regular intervals.
- Experience in optimising production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.
- Identifying and resolving production line problems in a timely manner.
- Ability to comply with all Safety and Quality requirements.
- Forklift license
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
