Event Creation Specialist

This role involves project management, creativity, and effective communication with our Trade Marketing, Sales, Brand, and Venue teams to ensure every event runs seamlessly.

  • Develop innovative event concepts and book talented performers in various fields
  • Engage third-party promoters and event managers to enhance partnerships
  • Coordinate marketing assets to elevate customer experiences
  • Drive additional footfall for venues by creating value for customers
  • Partner with venues to engage staff and third-party providers
  • Liaise with internal teams to deliver events and amplify branding

Requirements include:

  • Proven industry experience and local knowledge of Sydney's entertainment landscape
  • Demonstrated experience in talent booking and event management
  • Sales and/or marketing experience
  • Ability to manage internal and external relationships effectively
  • Knowledge of digital and social media marketing
  • Business Case Development and creating value understanding
