Partnerships and Events Officer – Immediate start

Impact you will have in this role:

As the Partnerships and Events Officer, you will have the opportunity to increase event participation, coordinate events and logistics for all sponsor events from start to finish.

This is a hands-on and fast paced role for someone who loves to get to get things done, knowing the outcome of your work will help raise critical funds and ensure the success of key fundraising events on the partnerships team .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cold outreach to sell tables for multiple events which will include outreach, follow up and RSVPs
  • Source live auction items to increase fundraising for all events
  • Provide high levels of communication to all partners and stakeholders through the event cycle
  • Assist Event Manager with event logistics and coordination of all details
  • Ensure smooth project delivery with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Coordinate event activation activities and collaborate with internal teams to execute events on site
  • Create professional materials in Canva
  • Manage the coordination and execution of multiple sponsorship opportunities and events
Skills and Experience
  • Proven success in a similar role, executing multiple initiatives to bring events to life, collaborating with associated partners and stakeholders to ensure each event is an absolute success
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage and collaborate with a range of stakeholders
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge is a bonus)
  • Familiarity with creating professional materials in Canva or similar design tools
  • A passion for social impact and an understanding of the events and fundraising pipeline is highly regarded
