
Primary Healthcare Administrator

The Institute for Urban Indigenous Health (IUIH) leads the planning, development and delivery of comprehensive primary healthcare services to the Indigenous population of South East Queensland (SEQ).
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high standard of customer service to clients.
- Manage client appointments, data, and claims processing efficiently.
- Offer general administrative support to the Clinic Team.
- Contribute to achieving business objectives, including increased practice patient numbers, attendance rates, and billings.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Current Blue Card.
- Current Criminal History Check.
- Current CPR Certificate.
- Current C Class Drivers Licence.
- Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people or a genuine interest in expanding skills, knowledge, and capability to work in our sector.
