At I-MED we believe in working as a team and delivering high quality healthcare, to every patient, every time. Our clinics in the Inner North Brisbane region are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team. The role is a casual working a minimum of 2-3 shifts a week Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:30am - 5:30pm.
Reporting to the Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing high level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers and other customers.
This role will be rotating through clinics such as Strathpine, Chermside, Wavell Heights, Fortitude Valley and Ascot.

**Role Overview**:
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Managing appointments to maximise customer service and clinic efficiency
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
- Driving the delivery of high quality service to patients and referrers
- Covering shifts where required, including sick leave and annual leave

**Key Qualifications**:

- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
