As a key member of our team, you will leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to drive innovation and growth within Auto & General. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and deploying scalable AI solutions that enhance customer experiences and inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions that drive business value
  • Support the complete lifecycle of AI solution development, from ideation to full-scale implementation
  • Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Undertake data analysis and data engineering to extract valuable insights from vast data sources
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Work to achieve and maintain high coding standards, collaborating with other scientists and engineers to produce robust and reproducible code
  • Stay at the forefront of the field by adopting emerging technologies and best practices that improve operational efficiency and scalability
Requirements:
  • Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience implementing AI and machine learning techniques in a professional environment
  • Proficiency in general-purpose programming like Python or similar, with extensive experience in relevant AI frameworks
  • Proficiency with data manipulation and analysis using SQL, shell scripting, and Unix/Linux command-line tools
  • Familiarity with web application frameworks like Streamlit, Flask, Django or similar frameworks in other languages
  • Communication skills to effectively explain technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
