Land Access Advisor Role Overview

At HRG, we are seeking a skilled Land Access Advisor to contribute to the development of vital infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will possess expertise in land access management and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Land Access Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of land access requirements, considering legal, environmental, and community factors.
  2. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant regulations and permits related to land access, ensuring project activities comply with all requirements.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with landowners, government agencies, and community representatives to address concerns, negotiate access agreements, and build productive relationships.
  4. Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with land access, developing strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.
  5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of land access agreements, permits, and project-related communications, providing regular updates to project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Environmental Science, Planning, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in land access management, real estate, or regulatory affairs, preferably within the telecommunications or infrastructure sector.
  • Strong understanding of land use regulations, environmental legislation, and permitting processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
  • Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and address potential challenges proactively.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
