About the Role

We are seeking an Innovative Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective promotions and offers to attract and retain customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to create compelling offers and campaigns that drive business objectives and meet customer needs.

You will help establish a roadmap informed by experimentation, and partner with Applied Science to determine the optimal methods to measure promotions ROI, marginal efficiency, and impact on long-term LTVs. You will partner with Performance Marketing and Customer Engagement to deploy promotions at scale across all touchpoints (paid channels, landing pages, emails/in-product notifications, and more).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive promotion and offer strategy aligned with New MRR and ARPU growth targets.
  • Program-manage the launch, monitoring, and reporting of promotions in partnership with regional Marketing teams.
  • Create and manage a promotional calendar, ensuring the timely execution of offers and promotions.
  • Work with Performance Marketing and Customer Engagement to develop creative assets and marketing materials to support promotions in a scalable way.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of promotions and offers, providing regular reports and insights to drive optimization.
  • Identify opportunities for segmentation and personalization of offers to improve targeting and effectiveness.
