Lead a dynamic team in a unique and challenging operational environment. As Director of Supply Chain Operations, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing cargo and supply chain services to support operations in Australia, Antarctica, the sub-Antarctic, and the Southern Ocean.

About the Role

You will lead a diverse team of up to 40 personnel across multiple sites in Tasmania and four research stations within the Australian Antarctic Program. Your role will involve representing Supply Chain Operations across internal and external stakeholder groups, driving continuous improvement, and providing strategic advice and direction.

  • Manage capital and operational budgets to achieve desired outcomes

About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive industry experience in supply chain, operations, warehousing, manufacturing, or logistics management. You should have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, developing and implementing improvements, and influencing a broad range of stakeholders.
