Administrative Support for Student Wellbeing

This is a fixed-term/contract position that requires an Australian Citizen. The role provides high-level administrative support to the Head of Student Wellbeing, contributing to the broader administrative team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, answer phone calls, and prepare agendas.
  • Support to Head of Student Wellbeing: Liaise with external speakers, manage bookings, and assist with event planning.
  • Office Administration Support: Prepare and distribute the Staff Bulletin, perform data entry, and support bulk mail-outs.
Professional Practice:

Identify and implement improved administrative processes and efficiencies, attend relevant training and development programs, and participate in office and whole-staff meetings.

Child Safety and Student Wellbeing:

Understand and comply with the school's Child Safety Policy and related procedures, actively promoting a safe and supportive environment for all students.
