Job Title: Transportation Logistics Coordinator

As a key member of our operations team, the Transportation Logistics Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring seamless and efficient transportation logistics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling collection and delivery routes to meet customer expectations.

The primary duties of this position include:

  • Developing and implementing optimized routes to minimize transportation costs and reduce environmental impact
  • Collaborating with drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely loading and unloading of goods
  • Monitoring and tracking deliveries to ensure on-time delivery and communicating with customers as necessary
  • Conducting regular analysis to improve operational efficiency and make data-driven recommendations

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Transportation Logistics Coordinator will also:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of deliveries, including customer interactions and any issues that arise
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss ongoing projects and share knowledge with colleagues
