About the Role

Vestone Capital, a leader in providing tailored asset finance solutions, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their organisation during this exciting period of growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive reports and dashboards from multiple data sources using Power BI and SQL. They will also gather and document business requirements, translating them into scalable Power BI solutions that support user-driven analysis, automation, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilising Power BI and SQL to develop comprehensive reports and dashboards from multiple data sources.
  • Gather and document business requirements, translating them into scalable Power BI solutions that support user-driven analysis, automation, and process improvements.
  • Conduct requirements gathering to support the creation of reports and dashboards.
  • Design and develop reports using Power BI and SQL.
  • Extract, transform, and model data from the data warehouse.
  • Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide innovative solutions for data reporting and visualizations.
  • Partner with operations, sales, marketing, finance, and various company-wide project teams to deliver tailored reporting solutions.

Requirements

  • Ideally you will have two years experience working in a similar capacity within a financial services company.
  • Degree qualified in Data Science/Business Analytics/Economics or a relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated success in developing data models, reports, and dashboards.
  • Experienced with SQL coding, Power BI and managing large data sets.
