Join Our Team as an Audiologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at Sonova, a leading hearing healthcare company with 24 clinics across Australia. As an Audiologist, you will work closely with ENT surgeons to provide specialist diagnostic, paediatric and adult audiological assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct highly varied caseloads, working closely with local ENTs to provide specialist diagnostic, paediatric and adult audiological assessments.
  • Help clients with their hearing needs by providing professional recommendations about suitable rehabilitation options.
  • Perform clinical assessments in-line with current best practice and communicate assessment results and subsequent recommendations.
  • Meet clients' needs through providing appropriate and professional advice, services and devices.
  • Offer counselling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss management and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Participate in professional development and training to gain knowledge in specialist areas of audiology.
Requirements:
  • A relevant qualification in Audiology.
  • Audiology Australia Student Membership.
  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent customer care and service skills.
  • A commitment to building strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • An understanding of, and commitment to, ensuring the commercial success of the business.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Dedication to staying updated with industry advancements.
