Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Audiologist to join our team. As a Neurosensory Audiologist, you will work closely with local ENT specialists to provide specialist diagnostic, pediatric, and adult audiological assessments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct highly varied caseloads, working closely with local ENT specialists to provide specialist diagnostic, pediatric, and adult audiological assessments.
  • Help clients with their hearing needs by providing professional recommendations about suitable rehabilitation options.
  • Perform clinical assessments in line with current best practice and communicate assessment results and subsequent recommendations.
  • Meet clients' needs through providing appropriate and professional advice, services, and devices.
  • Offer counseling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss management and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Participate in professional development and training to gain knowledge in specialist areas of audiology.

Requirements

  • A relevant qualification in Audiology.
  • Audiology Australia Student Membership.
  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent levels of customer care and service, and a passion for delivering an amazing client experience.
  • A commitment to building strong therapeutic relationships with clients, and achieving the highest standards in audiological care.
  • An understanding of, and commitment to, ensuring the commercial success of the business.
  • A desire to support other members of your team, and nurture an inclusive and enthusiastic culture.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Dedication to staying updated with industry advancements.
