Customer Service Leadership Opportunity
">We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to lead our Australian Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service management and be able to inspire and motivate their team to deliver exceptional service.
">The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that all customer service goals are met and exceeded. They will also be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, upskilling, and coaching team members to achieve high standards.

- Lead and support the Australian Customer Experience team to deliver exceptional service">
- Recruit, onboard, upskill, and coach team members to achieve high standards">
- Develop and improve standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness">
- Create a first-contact resolution culture to minimize follow-ups">
- Oversee payments and collections processes to ensure seamless transactions">
- Collect, analyze, and act upon customer insights to drive business growth">
- Build positive relationships with clients to drive loyalty and retention">
Requirements:
">The ideal candidate will have:
">3+ years' experience in a leadership role
">Experience managing a customer service team
">Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
">Demonstrated negotiation and complaint resolution skills
">Aptitude and passion for learning new software
">Exposure to self-service adoption and leveraging automation
">Ability to commute to our Maroochydore office
