Are you a hands-on professional looking for a new challenge? We're seeking an experienced Fleet Technician to join our team in Sydney.

About the Role

We're on the lookout for a skilled and passionate individual to maintain our fleet of campervans at the highest standards. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring our vehicles are in top condition for our customers' unforgettable journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and diagnose problems with mechanical, electrical, heating, and water systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on campervans and motorhomes, including preventive and corrective maintenance, light bodywork repairs, and troubleshooting appliances.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners and coordinate interventions with regional teams.
  • Update vehicle information systems and manage spare parts inventory.
  • Support with handling incoming reservations, welcoming guests, and taking care of check-ins and check-outs.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
  • At least 1+ years of experience with hands-on mechanical and electrical repairs - experience in campervans is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and English proficiency are required.
