Customer Service and Fleet Management Leader

The ideal candidate will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth depot operations, and maintaining a well-performing fleet. This role requires excellent communication skills, with experience in direct customer contact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle reservations, welcoming guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs
  • Maintain the fleet, oversee logistics, and ensure campervans are in top condition
  • Manage bookings, stock, local suppliers, and cleaning services
  • Address complaints, emergencies, and local issues to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and clean campervans
  • Monitor maintenance and repair needs
  • Assist in reselling campervans and show them to prospective buyers

Requirements:

  • Travel enthusiasts with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car are desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in direct customer contact
  • Eligible to work in Australia, with a valid driver's license and confidence in driving a campervan (mandatory)
  • Available to work weekends
  • Responsible, reliable, well-organized, and problem-solving skills
