Role Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the maintenance of our campervan fleet.

You will handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and take care of check-ins and check-outs. Additionally, you will book activities, manage stock, local suppliers, and cleaning services.

Other responsibilities include handling complaints, emergencies, and any local issues that may arise to ensure smooth operations. You will also prepare and clean our campervans, maintain them in top condition, and monitor maintenance and repairing needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle incoming reservations and welcome guests with exceptional customer service;
  2. Take care of the fleet, logistics, and ensure our campervans are maintained in top condition;
  3. Book activities, manage stock, local suppliers, and cleaning services;
  4. Handle complaints, emergencies, and any local issue that may arise to ensure operations run smoothly;
  5. Prepare and clean our campervans;
  6. Maintain our campervans in top condition and monitor maintenance and repairing needs;
Requirements
  1. Travel enthusiast with direct customer contact experience, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
  2. Excellent communication skills and direct customer interaction experience;
  3. Eligible to work in Australia, valid driver's license, and confident to drive a campervan (mandatory);
  4. Responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon;
  5. Well-organised and problem-solving skills;
