We are seeking an experienced Clinical Oncology Business Development Manager to join our team in driving sales of our oncology products, achieving business targets, and establishing recognition in the market.

Estimated Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description

As a Clinical Oncology Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strong territory-specific sales plans to achieve business and sales goals. You will work cross-functionally to build customized engagement plans that drive best-in-class engagements to communicate the value of our medicine(s). You will utilize data and analytics to prioritize engagements and interactions, understand customer channel preference, focus, and behaviors, and adjust your style and delivery accordingly to deliver meaningful engagements with HCPs.

You will implement sales plans in line with marketing strategy and provide market insights to further enhance our future focus. You will educate HCPs on data relating to our oncology product(s), clearly communicate differentiation to enable clinicians to develop confidence in prescribing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and aggressively implement strong territory-specific sales plans to achieve business and sales goals.
  • Work cross-functionally to build customized engagement plans that drive best-in-class engagements.
  • Utilize data and analytics to prioritize engagements and interactions.
  • Implement sales plans in line with marketing strategy.
  • Educate HCPs on data relating to our oncology product(s).

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Over 10 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry with significant years of Oncology experience.
  • Sales experience required.
