About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Research Director to join our team in Oncology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing clinical trials across various stages, from feasibility to results.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver clinical trials according to plan, budget, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective study management strategies to ensure timely completion of trials.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in clinical trial management, preferably in Oncology.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Good knowledge of international guidelines ICH-GCP and relevant local regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as life sciences.

What We Offer

AstraZeneca offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
