Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Business Leader to drive the design and delivery of HR strategies, employee engagement initiatives, industrial relations matters, and talent management programs across our high-performing teams.

This role will play a pivotal part in building a sustainable, engaged, and high-performing organisation by developing structured HR pathways, championing our culture and recognition initiatives, and embedding scalable HR solutions that align with our values and organisational goals.

About You
  • Proven leadership experience in human resources, employee engagement, or talent management.
  • Success in managing HR programs at scale, with a strong background in HR frameworks, industrial/employee relations, and organisational development initiatives.
  • Degree-qualified in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with digital HR platforms and data-driven program evaluation, with a collaborative, adaptable, and resilient approach in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • An enthusiastic personality with a passion for positive engagement at all levels of an organisation, committed to supporting and growing our existing positive culture of safety, accountability, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead HR initiatives aligned with organisational and strategic goals, driving employee relations, talent management, and recognition strategies.
  • Develop and implement HR pathways and coaching programs to support employee development and engagement.
  • Oversee HR, safety, and customer service training, using data to inform decisions around change management and continuous improvement programs.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver HR excellence, driving regular HR audits and action planning for continuous improvement.
