We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales manager to lead our Public Sector Global Lead Development Team in Australia. As a Manager of our WWPS team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and shaping the future of Public Sector cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team to attain daily activity metrics of inbound, outbound calls, decision maker contacts, and qualified leads.
  • Partner with stakeholders to achieve a common goal and provide reporting on team activities.
  • Create a pipeline of candidates for the team and maintain an understanding of existing and developing technologies as it relates to cloud computing.
  • Develop reps into sales-ready candidates for future sales development positions and understand customer business issues and how these issues can be solved with AWS services and resources.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience using data and trends to articulate business needs or equivalent.
  • Experience working with a matrixed team of stakeholders to achieve a common goal or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of sales management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing time efficiently, meeting personal goals, and working effectively with internal, partner, and customer teams.
  • Knowledge of existing and developing technologies as it relates to cloud computing.
