
Community Healthcare Specialist

This position is a vital part of promoting health and wellbeing by enabling people to participate in everyday life.
- Support individuals with self-identified needs through private services
- Develop and manage group and 1:1 exercise programs for residential aged care facilities
- Provide post-orthopaedic surgery rehabilitation in the home program
- Support clients after hospitalization through our Hospital in the Home program
- Help Home Care Package clients remain independent at home
The ideal candidate will be a fully AHPRA registered Physiotherapist with a minimum 1 year's experience, ideally within a community setting.
They should be comfortable travelling to clients across Hobart and providing their own vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided).
