As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting routine health screening assessments and pathology collection services in the comfort of clients' homes or workplaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Conducting health screening assessments and pathology collections with life insurance applicants
- Liaising with stakeholders throughout the screening process to ensure seamless communication
- Updating records on appointment stages via a bespoke platform, medEbridge, to maintain accurate information
- Finalising bookings and results through medEbridge to meet client expectations
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A strong medical and phlebotomy background, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse
- Valid registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA)
- The ability to provide exceptional customer service aligned with business values, promoting a positive client experience
- A current Australian Business Number (ABN), personal indemnity, and public liability insurance
- A valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle for home and workplace visits
