About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources (HR) professional to join our team as an Organisational Development Advisor.

This is a newly created role that will focus on learning, development, and people initiatives to improve organisational capability and performance.

The successful candidate will report into the Manager Organisational Development and will be responsible for coordinating and administering annual performance management activities in line with corporate guidelines and timeframes.

Additionally, the HR Professional will coordinate Annual Succession planning activities, provide advice and support to internal Human Resources Business Partners from job evaluation and remuneration through to training and development.

The role also involves providing administrative support to project planning and delivery of employee engagement surveys from data preparation to data analysis and reporting, facilitating and delivering in-house learning and development programs, preparing data to support remuneration decisions and annual reporting, and managing our employee benefits portfolio.

Requirements

  • Generalist HR experience with a passion for people and performance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the capability and desire to deliver hands-on support
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
