About the Role

The Partnership Manager will drive strategic collaborations to fuel the expansion of new training programs and education products. This hands-on role involves developing high-quality educational initiatives, identifying and managing partnerships with organisations, institutions (VET and Higher Education), and stakeholders to position our organisation as a leader in the education and training sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying, developing, and managing partnerships with organisations, institutions (VET and Higher Education), and stakeholders.
  • Developing high-quality educational programs that expand and diversify our offerings.
  • Assisting in driving strategic partnerships to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in partnership management, business development, or a related role, preferably in the education and training sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing education programs and products using internal and external resources.
  • Proven success in developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the education and training landscape, including industry trends and challenges.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and strategies.
