Drive Performance: Own the Annual Operating Plan and forecasting process, delivering accurate, insightful, and value-adding analysis that drives performance and decision-making.

Regional Influence: Lead cost and performance optimization initiatives across APAC, with real scope to impact profitability through actionable recommendations.

Executive Visibility: Work closely with senior stakeholders, communicating financial insights and recommendations effectively to non-financial stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or senior finance leader in a regional/global context.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnering and Advisory:

Act as a trusted advisor to the MD, providing strategic financial guidance and recommendations.

Collaborate with senior management to align financial strategies with business objectives.

Translate business strategy into actionable financial plans, ensuring sustainable growth and margin improvement.

Leadership of BP Team:

Lead and mentor the Business Partner team across the APAC region.

Develop the next generation of finance leaders, fostering critical thinking, commercial acumen, and business influence.

AOP and Forecasting Management:

Manage the Annual Operating Plan and forecasting process for the SPAC region.

Ensure delivery of accurate, insightful, and value-adding analysis that drives performance and decision-making.

Cost Driver Analysis:

Conduct detailed cost driver analysis across the APAC region.

Provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.

Stakeholder Management:

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior managers and external partners.

Communicate financial insights and recommendations effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
