Title and Summary Director, Strategy & Transformation (Financial Services) Roles and Responsibilities Client Impact Lead complex client engagements across various industries and problem statements.
Develop strategies and programs for regional and global clients using data and technology solutions to unlock value.
Manage senior client relationships from mid-level to C-suite to ensure success.
Act as a trusted advisor and promote enthusiasm for Mastercard's solutions and recommendations.
Team Collaboration & Culture Guide teams through complex problem-solving to develop business-focused solutions.
Motivate teams to produce high-quality deliverables and foster an inclusive environment.
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to scope projects and develop solutions.
Lead training, coaching, and mentorship for team members.
Qualifications Basic qualifications Undergraduate degree with experience in consulting, strategy, or related fields.
Experience leading large, strategic engagements and managing client relationships.
Strong knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.
Ability to identify new business opportunities and lead proposals.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point; effective communication skills in English; eligible to work in Australia.
Preferred qualifications Industry expertise in card issuing and related areas.
