Job Opportunity
Role SummaryWe are seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant who can provide clinical leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Eating Disorder Service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leadership and direction in the development and management of a multidisciplinary team, delivering specialist community intensive based treatment for adults with an eating disorder.
- Optimal clinical processes and individual client outcomes.
- Effective management of human and physical resources.
- Leadership, direction and change management to facilitate service development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Registered Nurse qualification and postgraduate mental health/psychiatric nursing qualification.
- Current Working with Children Registration.
- Experience in working with people experiencing eating disorders or other mental health conditions.
- Experience in clinical and professional supervision.
Our Eating Disorder Service delivers integrated specialist care for adults with an eating disorder. The service includes Community-Based Intensive Treatment (CBIT) Programs and a statewide Residential Recovery Program.
This is an exciting opportunity for clinicians with an interest in eating disorders to make a significant impact on the community.
