Senior Mental Health Services Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a senior leader to spearhead our mental health services team.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will lead and manage a high-performing team of clinicians, ensuring exceptional service delivery and business outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive the recruitment, onboarding, and support of mental health professionals;
- Collaborate with clinicians to promote engagement, retention, and a positive culture;
- Lead the development of resources for the clinical team and broader organization;
- Manage workload and work capacity, and provide training and coaching as needed;
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills;
- Strong time management, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities;
- A collaborative approach and willingness to work closely with the leadership team;
- An individual who can take ownership of their role and contribute to making our organization the best place to work;
- A registered psychologist preferred.
