Administrative Team Leader

The Administrative Team Leader provides leadership and support to a variety of administrative positions within the Sleep Health Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead administrative staff, including rostering, coordinating workflow, delegating duties, and monitoring work quantity and quality.
- Recruit, induct, and train new staff, ensuring existing staff maintain and improve their skills, including patient information applications.
- Ensure adequate and efficient levels of clerical staff in the department by participating in the recruitment and selection process.
- Organize staff meetings, prepare agendas, and exercise initiative, autonomy, and judgment to coordinate daily activities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative, judgment, and be flexible.
- Experience with hospital-based computer information systems, such as EPAS, OACIS, and Health Track.
- Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Proven experience in intermediate to advanced computing skills, especially with practice management applications.
