Customer Reliability Engineer Position

Replicated is a commercial software distribution platform that helps software vendors distribute their applications into self-hosted environments.

We work with customers like KNIME, Puppet, and Smartbear to help them operationalize and scale the distribution of Kubernetes applications into any enterprise environment.

The Customer Reliability Engineering team focuses on helping our vendors successfully deliver and support Kubernetes applications in customer-managed environments.

  • Provide expert support to customers, resolving issues related to Kubernetes, Linux, and Replicated products.
  • Enable customer success by working proactively with customers to ensure they are successfully deploying, managing, and scaling their applications using Replicated.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to share customer feedback, identify product improvements, and contribute to the overall Replicated product roadmap.

Required skills and qualifications:

Key Skills
  • 3+ years experience with Linux system administration
  • 3+ years experience with Kubernetes and Helm
  • Exceptional technical and non-technical communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
  • A customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to help others succeed
  • Experience working remotely with teams across time zones
