We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Cloud Business Development Specialist** to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) Startup team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our cloud storage solutions among startups and small businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to ease adoption and drive top-line revenue for our cloud storage solutions.
  • Collaborate with AWS Product and Technical teams to create solutions that solve customer problems and meet their business needs.
  • Work with Marketing to develop and align digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness and demand for our cloud storage solutions.
  • Own the GTM strategy and execution for Storage in Startup ANZ, collaborating with teams in the field including Sales, Partners, Marketing, and other Specialists.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant GTM, Sales, or Consulting experience.
  • 5+ years of technology domain experience in storage infrastructure solutions and cloud storage services/technologies such as automation, optimization, and security.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Startup background and experience at a VC or PE-backed firm in a Product, BD, or Sales Executive capacity.
  • Established track record of building rapport with Startup executives and closing strategic deals.
  • Familiarity with open-source software used by Startups and working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
  • Strong data-based storytelling skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with Startup executives and developers.
  • Recognized industry expertise in primary discipline(s) with proven public speaking prowess.
  • Cloud expertise as demonstrated by one or more cloud certifications.
  • An advanced degree highly preferred, especially an MBA or MS in CS or Engineering.
