About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Officer. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing a seamless banking experience to our customers by meeting their end-to-end banking needs. This will involve exploring their financial needs and circumstances, and providing them with tailored financial solutions that meet their lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their financial needs and provide them with relevant banking solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex matters to senior team members.
- Work closely with other branch team members to ensure a seamless banking experience for our customers.
- Stay up-to-date with banking products and services, and provide customers with information and advice on how to use them effectively.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of our customer base.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet the customer's needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High level of banking product knowledge, including transactions accounts, insurance, term deposits, and credit cards.
- Experience in consumer lending and the banking and finance industry is highly desirable but not essential.
