Hearing Health Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on customer service professional to join our hearing clinic in Chermside, QLD.
This is a casual position, working consistently 1 day per week with the potential to pick up additional hours. You will play an important role within our business providing exceptional service to predominantly older clientele and helping them manage their hearing health in this diverse client-facing role.
We provide full training and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role. Our team is passionate about delivering a life without limitation through better hearing.
Your key responsibilities will include welcoming clients, managing their experience for optimal outcomes, scheduling appointments, providing administrative support to clinicians, and efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics.
To be successful in this role, you will require prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration, a passion for delivering an amazing client experience, great communication and active listening skills, resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy.
