Hearing Health Support Professional

This role offers the chance to provide exceptional service to clients and play a vital part in helping them manage their hearing health.
You will be responsible for welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to clinicians.
The day-to-day operations of the clinics will be managed efficiently, including opening and closing procedures. The clinic phone line and shared email inbox will also be handled.
Billing clients correctly and taking payments are also key responsibilities.
Additionally, you will need to learn and use various software and applications effectively.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles
- A passion for delivering an excellent client experience
- Great communication and active listening skills
- Resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
- Focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both the clinic and its clients
- An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
