Job Title: HR Manager

Leading People Performance

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HR professional to lead our small team responsible for all aspects of Human Resources in the ANZ region. As part of a large and complex global organisation, we have a strong focus on building effective partnerships with executives across our different divisions.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business results through human capital management.
  • Oversight and local project management of our annual remuneration review.
  • Driving our Diversity and Inclusion Strategy, playing a key role in our partnership with industry champions.
  • Assessing our current learning and development programs, and providing recommendations for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications Required

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience leading complex case management, with sound legal support available where necessary.
  • A proven passion for diversity and inclusion, and an understanding of how to drive a strategy.
  • An understanding of how a remuneration review is managed is highly desirable.
  • Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with proven experience in project management.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to organisational priorities.
