We are seeking a skilled leader to join our team in North Brisbane. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for creating opportunities for people with an injury, illness or disability to become work-ready and find suitable employment. You will lead our team in delivering outstanding customer service, mentoring, relationship building and sales development. This role requires travel across Strathpine, Spring Hill and Sandgate.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage all operational aspects of the business, including service delivery and contract management
  • Guide and mentor a team to achieve projected employment outcomes
  • Develop and manage budgets to forecast and deliver business performance
  • Develop networks and build relationships with businesses and the community to increase employment and training opportunities
  • Establish strategies to increase market awareness of our services

What do we require from you?

  • At least three years of leadership and management experience
  • Experience within the employment services industry (desired)
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field (preferred)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly developed planning and coordination skills
  • Negotiation, conflict management and mediation skills
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • Computer literate and ability to work towards KPIs
  • Full Australian working rights and current driver's license
