About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, where you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a large team of enthusiastic team members to deliver great burgers and an awesome customer experience. As a key member of our management team, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure that our restaurants run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of customer service and product quality.

You will be required to lead by example, cooking on the grill & chip stations, and helping out on the floor. You will also focus on product quality, customer experience, processes, training, safety, and employee experience. This includes helping your team meet sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as coaching team members through workshops and online training.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist the Restaurant Manager with managing business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and KPI's. Your goal will be to maintain and ensure compliance to ensure food quality and customer satisfaction are kept to a high standard.

About You

We are looking for someone with previous leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, such as QSR, Hotels, Bars, Pubs, Cafes or Restaurants. You should have proven leadership and coaching ability, with a customer first approach and the ability to empower your team to do the same.

We are seeking someone who brings positive vibes to their restaurant and creates a high energy, high reward environment. You will be required to work a combination of shifts including weekends and public holidays, but we don't have any overnights.
